The overhaul of the old Future World area in Epcot is well underway. Club Cool and Fountain View (the old home of Starbucks) welcomed their last guests on September 7, 2019 and are now officially closed.
Club Cool wasted little time removing their signs.

Guests hoping to trick their family or friends into trying Beverly are now out of luck. Thankfully, Disney has stated that Club Cool will reopen in some capacity in a new location in the future.
Shifting over to Fountain View, all of the old Starbucks signs have been removed. Starbucks is expected to relocate to a new temporary location soon.
This is just the beginning of the major transformation of Epcot. These first few changes involve the “neighborhoods” that are now known as World Celebration and the edges of World Nature.
The area that was home to Club Cool, Fountain View and the Epcot Character Spot will be demolished and is expected to be the approximate location of the three-level building that will serve as the park’s festival pavilion.
It’ll be fascinating to see what Epcot will look like in the next three to five years. For now, guests will have to endure mazes of construction walls as Epcot begins its transformation.
