Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is getting a special soundtrack for the upcoming holiday season! Three new holiday songs will replace the usual Cosmic Rewind soundtrack between November 25, 2026 and January 6, 2027.
Here’s the new holiday lineup:
- It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year – Andy Williams
- Christmas Eve/Sarajevo – Trans-Siberian Orchestra
- Christmas Wrapping – The Waitresses
And here are the full songs if you’re unfamiliar. They are all holiday classics.
It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year – Andy Williams
Christmas Eve/Sarajevo – Trans-Siberian Orchestra
Christmas Wrapping – The Waitresses
That’s a strong list. Some might be surprised that Mariah Carey didn’t make the cut, but we don’t have any arguments against the three songs Disney picked. Trans-Siberian Orchestra in particular has always felt like a perfect fit for the ride.
This is the second time Disney has done a holiday overlay for Cosmic Rewind. The first time in 2022 wasn’t received too well, but that’s because the lone song selected was a mash-up that just wasn’t very good. Using holiday favorites makes a lot more sense.
