It’s that time again! Disney has announced where guests will be able to find gingerbread houses at Disney World resorts for the 2025 holiday season. This year gingerbread houses (and gingerbread works of art) will be at five Disney resorts.
Here’s where you can find gingerbread displays around Disney World.
Disney World Gingerbread Houses 2025
As usual, the gingerbread displays will only be at select deluxe Disney resorts. All of the displays will be up through January 1, 2026.

- Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
- Disney’s Beach Club Resort
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
Update: Disney has removed Disney’s Wilderness Lodge from their list of where guests can find gingerbread displays. Instead, they now mention that Wilderness Lodge will have a market table in the lobby with holiday items to purchase.
We’re big fans of the gingerbread carousel that’s at Disney’s Beach Club resort. We don’t know how they do it! And, the carousel usually has plenty of hidden details and hidden Mickeys for guests to find.
Unfortunately, the iconic gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort won’t be on display this year. This sad fact was known back in April when Disney announced extensive changes to the Grand Floridian’s lobby. All signs point to the Grand Floridian’s gingerbread house returning in 2026, though that hasn’t been confirmed at this time.
We really hope the Grand Floridian’s larger-than-life gingerbread display will return next year. It’s an incredible achievement by the resort’s culinary team! Disney also uses the display to sell tasty treats, so we think odds are good it’ll return in some capacity. We could envision the gingerbread house being modified some now that a permanent bar takes up a decent amount of space in the lobby.
Don’t fret if you’re not staying at a deluxe resort. While the gingerbread displays are only at deluxe Disney resort, moderate and value Disney resorts still have plenty of holiday decorations that are unique to each hotel.
