Epcot conducted an enormous fireworks test overnight for their new nighttime spectacular Harmonious. This latest test for Harmonious was the largest we’ve seen to date and involved fireworks, lights and music.
The test appeared to be a full run of the show, including the finale. Multiple perimeter shells were fired from around World Showcase Lagoon.

Another video showed off some of the vibrant firework colors.

You can watch a 20-minute video of the full test below.
Disney recently installed more fireworks tubes around World Showcase Lagoon, which they put to use during this test.

Harmonious is currently scheduled to debut later in 2021. Currently, Disney hasn’t announced an official opening date or when fireworks will return to Walt Disney World. There’s no questions these tests are exciting, but it doesn’t mean Harmonious will debut in the coming days or weeks.
We expect fireworks will resume this summer around Walt Disney World. At Epcot, it’s highly likely that a version of Epcot Forever will return first before Harmonious debuts later this year.
