Back in November, Disney announced that Hollywood Studios would receive a special logo in 2019 for its 30th anniversary. Disney gave viewers a sneak peek of that logo during their New Year’s Eve livestream from the Magic Kingdom.
Seen at the top of the page, the logo features Mickey and Minnie in the same artistic style of the new Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway attraction that’s coming to Hollywood Studios in 2019. The attraction will sit in the former location of the Great Movie Ride and will take guests on a “2.5D” journey into a Mickey cartoon.
While this logo will only be used to celebrate the 30th anniversary (which is officially on May 1, 2019), we wouldn’t be surprised to see Hollywood Studios roll out a more permanent logo using a similar style in the future.
