Reservations now available for Sebastian’s Bistro at Caribbean Beach resort

Updated:

Sebastian’s Bistro, the new table-service restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, is now accepting reservations. The restaurant will serveย Latin and Caribbean flavors for both lunch and dinner.

Below is the official description for the new dining location.

Located along the Old Port Royale promenade, this family-friendly spot offers signature dishes to please any palateโ€”from salads, sandwiches and burgers for lunch to delicious steak and seafood entrรฉes for dinner. Sebastianโ€™s also offers a satisfying selection of desserts and refreshing beveragesโ€”including a variety of fruity and frozen cocktails, as well as mocktails.

The official menu hasn’t been posted on Disney’s website, but WDWMagic has a look at the full list of offerings for both lunch and dinner. The menu appears to have a nice collection of unique offerings, including jerk chicken, Jamaican meat pies and much more.

Sebastian’s Bistro opens as the resort begins to wrap up several major projects. Soon, Caribbean Beach will have a new look and will be connected to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios through the new Disney Skyliner system.
