Want to learn how to make your favorite cocktail while visiting Disney Springs? The Edison has another new round of cocktail classes scheduled throughout the remainder of 2026. These classes include guided instruction from The Edison’s bartenders, cocktail tastings, and a light lunch.
Each class is held at 1pm on select Saturdays throughout October, November, and December. These classes are designed for both beginners and experienced cocktail lovers, and are limited to 10 guests.

- October 17: The Juniper Journey
- October 31: Shaken, Not Scared
- November 14: The Best Cocktails You’ve Never Heard of
- November 28: TLC (Tea Leaves & Cocktails)
- December 12: Sipping Spirits & Spreading Cheer
- December 26 & 27: Dreaming of a White Sand Christmas
