A taste of summer has arrived at several restaurants around Disney Springs! New summer sips are available at Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway, The Edison, Morimoto Asia, and Pizza Pointe. Let’s take a look at all of the new drinks.
All the drinks below are seasonal, so enjoy them for a limited time!
Garden Party Cocktail – Maria & Enzo’s
Malfy Gin, Italicus, peaflower syrup, fresh lemon juice, Fee Foam, and delicate microflowers.
Berry Basil Bliss – Enzo’s Hideaway
Bombay Sapphire, muddled strawberry & basil, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a whole strawberry garnish.
Violet Hour – Enzo’s Hideaway
Fords Gin, lavender honey syrup, lemon juice, and lemon.
Strawberry Fields Forever – The Edison
Wheatley vodka, St‑Germain, honey, lime juice, strawberries, and mint.
Sake Sangria – Morimoto Asia
Sake, light white wine, plum wine, Asian pears, apple, and tangerine juice (available by the glass or carafe).
Frozen Peach Bellini – Pizza Pointe
A crisp and refreshing option perfect for sipping on the go.
It’s always fun when a bunch of restaurants at Disney Springs roll out new menu items. Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway, The Edison, and others often roll out unique specials during different times of the year.
