The Edison at Disney Springs has introduced a new happy hour that will run Sunday through Friday between 3pm and 6pm. The Edison’s happy hour menu includes a variety of cocktails and appetizers at reduced prices.
Guests can enjoy Fried Pickles, Spinach Dip, and Electri-Fries at special prizes during happy hour. If an afternoon cocktail is more your speed, The Edison will serve a Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned, Edison Lager, Frenzy Sauv Blanc and Strawberry Fields Forever, made with Wheatley Vodka, St-germain liqueur, honey, lime juice, strawberry and mint.
The Edison was already a top Disney Springs dining destination, and now the new happy hour offers some great value during the pre-dinner window. We think this could be a great spot to pop in and kill some time while beating the heat of the day or waiting on the Gideon’s virtual queue.
