Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge at Walt Disney World will officially open on July 1, 2027. The new hotel, which sits on the shores of Bay Lake near the Magic Kingdom, will have a variety of accommodation types for both Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members and traditional guests.
Disney provided a new look at the various room designs guests can call home at this new resort.
Resort Studio Room

Themed to Pocahontas, the Resort Studios Rooms come with either two queen beds or one king bed. Each studio will also have a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Select rooms will also have a balcony, but Disney notes that not all studio rooms will.
Duo Studios & Deluxe Studios

Want more space? The Duo Studios and Deluxe Studio rooms might be for you. Themed to either Encanto or Bambi, Duo Studios have a queen-size pull-down bed, a seating area, and a kitchenette. Each Duo Studio room has a private balcony. The Deluxe Studios have one queen bed and one queen-size pull-down bed, a bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and separately enclosed water closet, kitchenette with wet bar, and a seating area.
1 and 2-Bedroom Villas

These are the rooms where you can really stretch out. Themed to Bambi, the one-bedroom villa can accommodate five adults and the two-bedroom can sleep nine adults. Each features a separate bedroom(s), a split bathroom (the two-bedroom has a second bathroom), a full kitchen, dining room, living room, private balcony, and washer/dryer.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas

Bringing everyone? Consider a three-bedroom Grand Villa that’s themed to Fantasia. These villas have three separate bedrooms, primary-suite bathroom, split bathroom, half-bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room, private balcony, and washer/dryer.
Lake Houses

Finally, there’s the star of the show. The Lake Houses at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge are similar to the Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or the cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort. These Lake Houses are lightly themed to Brother Bear, and come with one-bedroom layouts (sleeps five adults) or two-bedroom layouts (sleeps eight adults).
