Spaceship Earth’s points of light have been updated with a new performance for Epcot’s 2022 International Festival of the Arts. The lights have been programmed to pay tribute to The Muppets and the beloved song “Rainbow Connection.”

Many Disney fans would agree the new lights on Spaceship Earth are one of the best updates at Walt Disney World in recent memory. The lights are stunning, captivating guests who are passing through the area. This latest show honoring The Muppets is beautiful, and represents the type of updates we like to see at Disney.
Does this mean Disney will use the points of light for future Epcot festivals? We hope so, but only if they maintain this high level of quality.
