Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy will officially open on March 31, 2019 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Ahead of the attraction opening, a new video has been released showing off what guests should expect to see during the show.
While the footage doesn’t contain any of the show’s audio, it does showcase a very impressive Lightning McQueen animatronic and the enormous video screen that will wrap around guests.
We love how great Lightning McQueen looks here! Disney did a great job of capturing his overall look and fluid movement.
Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy will be 10 minutes in length and will give guests a chance to come face-to-face with the legendary racer. Following the show, guests can head outside and visit with Cruz Ramirez and DJ for photos and a dance party.
