Price Increases Hit Disney World Annual Passes

Updated:

It’s October, which means it’s time for Walt Disney World to increase prices. Annual passes were one of many areas to receive price hikes today, rising between $20 and $80 depending on the pass. Prior to today, the most recent annual pass price increase was on October 30, 2024.

New Price for Disney World Annual Passes

  • Pixie Dust Pass: $489 (previously $469)
  • Pirate Pass: $869 (previously $829)
  • Sorcerer Pass: $1,099 (previously $1,079)
  • Incredi-Pass: $1,629 (previously $1,549)

The most expensive pass, the Incredi-Pass, received the largest price increase of any Disney World annual pass. This is the only pass available to non-Florida residents, and is the only pass without blockout dates.

These types of price hike have become common in the month of October. We generally recommend purchasing annual passes in late summer or early fall (even if you don’t activate them until later) because it avoids these predictable increases.

Recently, Disney was offering a gift card promotion for new annual pass purchases. That promotion effectively discounted annual passes, which is extremely rare and suggested Disney wasn’t happy with its numbers. Now, that promo is over and the cost for a pass has risen just a couple weeks later. Oh the joys of Disney’s fiscal year ending in September.
