Disneyland’s Most Expensive Annual Passes Return in November After Price Increase

Updated:

Disneyland’s most expensive annual passes will be available for purchase once again in November. The Inspire and Believe Keys will go on sale November 4, 2025 after Disney paused sales back in July. This will be the first time these Keys have been available since Disney announced price increases in early October.

Recently, both the Inspire and the Believe annual passes saw price hikes. The Inspire Key jumped to $1,899 (up from $1,749) and the Believe Key rose to $1,474 (up from $1,374). The Imagine and Enchant Keys didn’t see any price changes.

The more affordable Imagine and Enchant Keys are currently available, and have been since August 2025. However, Disney warns that sales of passes may be stopped with no notice. We wouldn’t be surprised to see the Inspire and Believe Key sell out quickly when they go live in November.

Disneyland is continuing their trend of opening up pass availability only during specific windows. This not only allows them to tightly control the number of passes sold, it also drives a bit of exclusivity (and FOMO). Guests might be driven to purchase a new pass once they become available because they might not be available long. We fully expect this pattern to continue.

Remember that all Disneyland annual passes have blockout dates. The Inspire Key has the fewest blockout dates of all the passes, but even it is blocked out during the end of December. You may recall that Disney pointed at an “unfavorable attendance mix” in 2022 when theme park earnings didn’t meet their expectations. This was a harsh way of saying that guests were mostly Magic Key holders, and not regular ticketed guests.

Disney’s blunt language in 2022 confirmed that they valued single-day ticket holders more than annual pass holders, particularly during peak seasons. Disney would much rather have guests with single-day tickets in December when tickets exceed $200 over a guest with a Magic Key.
