Very few dates have sold out for Disney Very Merriest After Hours at the Magic Kingdom

Updated:

The first Disney Very Merriest After Hours event at the Magic Kingdom is less than a week away on November 8. Heading into the first night of the holiday season, Disney might be worried about how few dates have sold out at this time.

Only three of the 24 Disney Very Merriest After Hours events are listed as sold out. Even the opening night on November 8 still has tickets available at this time. That’s almost unheard of for the first night of a party or After Hours event.

This holiday celebration promises reduced waits for attractions, the return of a nighttime parade and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. But, the holiday After Hours carry a steep price tag.

Here’s how things shape up as of the date of this article.

It’s surprising that even the cheapest nights still have availability at this time. It’s worth noting that these After Hours events are supposed to have a significantly lower attendance cap than Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, meaning there’s fewer tickets to sell.

Have we finally found the tipping point for what guests won’t pay at Walt Disney World? We’re not sure, but we think Disney will roll out some expanded discounts for annual passholders and DVC members in the near future.
