TRON Lightcycle Run will soft open at Magic Kingdom well before its official opening on April 4, 2023. Disney has announced the coaster will soft open March 20 through April 2, 2023.
Guests wanting to experience the new coaster during its soft opening can do so either through joining a virtual queue or purchasing an Individual Lighting Lane. A traditional standby queue will not be available.
The virtual queue for TRON Lightcycle Run will open two times per day during the soft opening.
7:00am – Guests do not need to be in the park but must have a Magic Kingdom theme park reservation.
1:00pm – Guests have to be in Magic Kingdom park to join the virtual queue.
This same virtual queue process will also be in place when TRON Lightcycle Run officially opens. An additional virtual queue time at 6:00pm will be available on select dates for guests eligible to participate in the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours perk.
