The Millennium Falcon is taking shape in Hollywood Studios

One of the most famous ships in the galaxy is taking shape at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios. New aerial photos show that the Millennium Falcon is becoming more and more recognizable in the Black Spire Outpost on the planet of Batuu.

Thanks to @bioreconstruct, we can now see that the exterior theming is being installed. We also have a better look at the area immediately surrounding the Millennium Falcon.

The sheer scale of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge can be difficult to appreciate from the aerial photos. It’s only when you step back and realize that there’s a small crane positioned to the left of the Millennium Falcon that you can appreciate just how large and impressive everything is.

Zooming out a bit further, here’s another photo showing the land in its entirety.

So far, everything we have seen from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge continues to up our excitement level. The land should be an immersive, enormous and fun spectacle that delights everyone from the serious Star Wars fan to the casual Star Wars fan.

Get ready to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios in Fall 2019.
