My Disney Experience updated with the new look for Cinderella Castle

Cinderella Castle is currently receiving a royal makeover that’s adding darker blues, gold accents and a brand new pink color to the icon of the Magic Kingdom. As crews continue to work on the new look, My Disney Experience has already been updated to reflect the change.

When you attempt access the My Disney Experience section of the Walt Disney World website, the loading screen shows a very pink and blue Cinderella Castle above the usual “Thank you for your patience” loading message.

Meanwhile, work is continuing to speed along on the transformation of Cinderella Castle. Disney appears to be attempting to complete the project – or have it as close to completion as possible – before guests return on July 11. The magical feel of the Magic Kingdom will already be a bit off due to the health and safety regulations, so Disney is likely trying to finish all of the work requiring cranes before guests come back.
