Disney World theme park hours removed through June 6, 2020

Updated:

Disney has once again removed a chunk of Walt Disney World theme park hours from their operating calendar. This latest update removes all theme park hours through June 6, 2020.

This continues Walt Disney World’s pattern of removing their theme park hours in one-week increments as they evaluate a potential reopening date. Meanwhile, Disney Springs is beginning the first phase of its reopening on May 20, 2020.

Disney has stated numerous times that the initial reopening of Disney Springs does not indicate an immediate reopening of the Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts. They will likely watch how the reopening of Disney Springs goes before finalizing any additional plans around Walt Disney World.

As of the date of this article, Walt Disney World is only accepting resort reservations for July 1, 2020 and beyond. However, Disney has said even that is not a guarantee and no reopening date has been scheduled at this time.
