Testing No Longer Required for All Disney Cruise Line Guests on U.S. Sailings

Disney Cruise Line has once again updated their COVID-19 health and safety procedures. Starting November 14, 2022, non-vaccinated guests will no longer need to provide proof of a negative test before a sailing departing from the United States. The change effectively ends all testing for U.S. Disney Cruise Line voyages.

Prior to this change, unvaccinated guests had to provide a negative COVID-19 test within two days of departure. Testing for vaccinated guests ended in September 2022.

This latest change is another signal that things are returning to normal on Disney Cruise Line. The pre-arrival process, which used to include an annoying if not cumbersome Safe Passage portal experience, should be much easier moving forward.

Guests sailing on Disney Cruise Line voyages outside of the United States should be aware that the health and safety procedures may differ, and should consult the Disney Cruise Line website.
