The initial reopening of Disney Springs will include additional health precautions such as temperature screenings, masks for guests and cast members, and more. Following their announcement, Disney clarified some of the specifics regarding their new health regulations.
One of the most polarizing elements of the new health precautions is the requirement for everyone over the age of three to wear masks. Some guests felt that should be more of a recommendation than a requirement, but Disney reiterated that the overall success of the reopening relies on guests following the new protocols, including everyone wearing a mask at all times unless they’re dining.
The full list of Frequently Asked Questions can be found here, but you can read the portion on masks below.

Yes, the use of appropriate face coverings is required for Guests ages 3 and up throughout your visit to Disney Springs. Cast Members and Operating Participant employees will also need to wear face coverings while at Disney Springs.

The use of appropriate face coverings by both Cast Members and Guests is required for all members of your party throughout your visit to Disney Springs. Disposable masks may be available; however, Guests without masks will not be allowed entry to Disney Springs.
What if I don’t want to wear a mask?
