Construction update on the Swan Reserve hotel at Disney World

The Swan Reserve hotel is moving steadily forward at Walt Disney World. Marriott’s newest addition to its Autograph Collection is progressing ahead of its planned Summer 2021 opening.

The newest addition to the Swan and Dolphin Resort complex now has exterior color panels installed and the majority of its windows in place. Work currently appears to be focused on the rooftop space and the hotel’s interiors.

Flipping to the other side, we can see there’s still a lot of work to be completed. Materials are currently staged in what will be the resort’s pool area.

Concept art for the Swan Reserve’s rooms, dining and other locations indicate the hotel’s style will be modern and elegant.

The 14-story Swan Reserve hotel will have 349 guest rooms and suites. It’s believed the Swan Reserve will mostly cater to business professionals due its meeting space and close proximity to the convention space at the Swan and Dolphin hotels.
