A table-service restaurant is coming to Toy Story Land

A brand new table-service restaurant is coming to Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The news was announced by Disney ahead of the 30th anniversary event for Hollywood Studios.

Details on the new restaurant are limited, but it appears the location will be a mix of Andy’s toys, games and play sets. Early reports are stating the restaurant will be called Roundup Rodeo BBQ and will be located just past Woody at the main entrance of Toy Story Land.

Below is a video of the quick announcement.

The addition of a table-service restaurant is a welcome change in Toy Story Land. While the existing land is a lot of fun, it was notably lacking any kind of indoor environment and it was a bit light on food offerings. This addresses both of those concerns and adds a new way to be immersed in the Toy Story universe.

Look forward to more details on this project, as well as an estimated opening date, in the near future.
