A new fireworks show is coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Guests at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom will enjoy a brand new fireworks show in 2019. As we saw with the new fireworks show coming to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the new show will mark the end of the Wishes series of fireworks shows that called the park home for many years.

The new show will be called Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks and will be hosted by – you guessed it – Minnie Mouse. The show will feature fireworks set to iconic Christmas songs such as “Joy to the World”, “Deck the Halls” and others.

Though the announcement didn’t directly mention them, we imagine this new show will make full use of the projection and lighting technology that was installed for the regular Happily Ever After fireworks show. It’d be a bit silly to roll out a new show and not use the latest features.

Guests can attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights in November and December.

November: 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24
December: 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22
