Muppet Vision 3D is one of the more overlooked attractions in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The indoor theatre attraction is a great break from the heat and a fun journey into the world of The Muppets. But did you know it’s also home to a piece of movie history?
The queue for Muppet Vision 3D is loaded with visual jokes, gags, and puns. Waiting for the next show is a bit more enjoyable while surrounded with Muppets humor. There’s also an actual movie prop from the 2011 film The Muppets. Check it out below.
The tuxedo worn by Kermit the Frog during the telethon portion of The Muppets movie is displayed in the queue of Muppet Vision 3D. It’s so tiny! And yes, this is an actual movie-used costume from the movie The Muppets.
Want to see this very small piece of movie memorabilia? It’s surprisingly easy to miss. The display case is located at the very bottom of the sloped waiting area. It’s just below the row of television monitors that keep guests entertained while they wait. If you enter the waiting area right before a show begins, like we have many times, guests might be blocking the view of Kermit’s suit.
We love seeing some actual Muppets history in the queue of Muppet Vision 3D. We hope this attraction sticks around, receives the updates it needs, and continues to serve as the home of all things Muppets at Walt Disney World.
