Disney has revealed some new information about the Disney Destiny, Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship that’s set to sail in December 2025. The Disney Destiny, which is among the Wish class of ships, will have a new restaurant themed to the Lion King. Similar to the Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure on the Disney Wish, the Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King restaurant will feature live storytellers and musicians.

Like the Frozen experience on the Disney Wish, the Lion King dining show will take place in the center of the room with tables of guests surrounding all sides. Lighting effects will transition the restaurant from sunrise to sunset over the course of the meal.
The announcements about the Disney Destiny confirm that guests shouldn’t expect too many differences between the Wish-class ships (Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, Disney Destiny) outside of character/movie selections. The spaces on the three ships will be mostly identical, including the polarizing walking track and adult spaces.
The Disney Destiny will sail on voyages from Fort Lauderdale, Florida beginning in December 2025.
