Disney Cruise Guests Can Now Purchase Photos After Their Cruise

Updated:

Disney Cruise Line is making it a lot easier for guests to purchase pictures from their cruise. Starting with sailings ending after January 21, 2026, guests will be able to purchase photos from their voyage up to 45 days after they are taken.

During the new 45-day window, guests will be able to view and purchase either individual photos or a photo package through the Disney Cruise Line photos website. It’s important to remember that the 45-day window is based on when the picture was taken, not when the cruise ended.

Unfortunately, this change is only available for U.S. residents. International guests still need to purchase any photos they want before disembarking the ship.

Previously, all guests had to buy their pictures or a photo package before leaving the ship. This always meant big crowds in Shutters (the photography store on each ship) on the final night of every voyage. It wasn’t the most user-friendly system.

This is a welcome change! We’ve personally suffered the heartbreak of forgetting to buy a last-second picture and learning it was gone forever after we left. Now, guests will have plenty of time to secure their cruise memories.
