The Disney Skyliner is expected to reopen on July 15

Ready to travel through the sky at Walt Disney World? The Disney Skyliner is expected to be up and running for guests beginning on July 15, 2020. That schedule coincides with the reopening of Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot on the same date.

All three lines of the Disney Skyliner are expected to be open, once again connecting the two theme parks with Caribbean Beach Resort, Art of Animation Resort, Pop Century Resort and Riviera Resort. Operating schedules are subject to change. We recommend checking the specific operating hours on the day of your visit.

Out of all of Walt Disney World’s transportation options (buses, boats and the Monorail), the Disney Skyliner is the best and easiest for maintaining social distancing. Each unique party can be assigned their own cabin to keep groups separated during their travels. The cabins are well ventilated and surprisingly breezy, which helps eliminate any stale air from one party to the next.

As with every recent Walt Disney World reopening story, this news is subject to change with no advanced notice.
