Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop Opens April 20, 2022 at Disney Springs

Disney Springs’ newest dessert destination finally has an opening date. Salt & Straw will bring its unique ice cream flavors to the Orlando area beginning April 20, 2022. Construction walls recently came down around the store ahead of the announced opening date.

Salt & Straw will reside near the AMC Theatre on the West Side of Disney Springs. The space was supposed to be home to the second Ample Hills Creamery location at Walt Disney World, but those plans changed when Ample Hills ended their agreement with Disney.

The Disney Springs Salt & Straw location marks the second time the ice cream haven has partnered with Disney. Salt & Straw opened a location at Downtown Disneyland at Disneyland Resort back in 2018.

Salt & Straw offers a lineup of regular flavors that include Chocolate Gooey Brownie, Double Fold Vanilla, Pear and Blue Cheese (seriously), and many others. They also roll out a menu of special flavors each month.

We can’t wait to welcome Salt & Straw to Disney Springs.
