Mobile ordering added to select Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge dining locations

Updated:

A visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios isn’t complete without experiencing the unique food and beverage options on the planet of Batuu. In an effort to make the ordering process more convenient for all of the guests who want to try blue milk or some tasty food items, Disney has rolled out mobile ordering at three locations at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Mobile ordering is now available at the Milk Stand, Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Guests will be able to place their orders through the My Disney Experience app and can skip the line to pick up their food upon their arrival.

The addition of mobile ordering at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a welcome change after witnessing some lengthy lines at the Milk Stand and at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. These lines may grow even longer once the highly-anticipated Rise of the Resistance attraction opens later in 2019.

We found the food at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo to be among the best – if not the very best – quick service meals we’ve had at Walt Disney World. You can read our full thoughts in our Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo review. Hopefully the addition of mobile ordering will make it even easier for guests to enjoy some of the unique items in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
