Gideon’s Bakehouse is ready to start serving up delicious cookies to Disney Springs guests. The bakery will soft open beginning December 23, 2020 at 10am and is planning to remain open moving forward. An official Grand Opening is expected in 2021.

Gideon’s Bakehouse is known for their incredible cookies with unique flavors, but they also serve a variety of cake flavors by the slice. They’ll also offer cold brews for guests looking for a little caffeine.
The opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse represents a new surge of dessert options available at Disney Springs. In addition to Gideon’s, Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew is expected to open in the near future. We can’t wait to try both new dessert havens soon!
