Earlier this month, we reported that the Ghirardelli at Disney Springs had stopped giving out free samples at the door. This led to a flurry of negative feedback from Disney Springs guests who loved to stop by for a free piece of chocolate.
Now, Ghirardelli has reportedly reversed their decision – for the time being. WDWMagic.com reports that the free samples have returned due to the volume of complaints. However, it’s not clear how long the samples will continue to be offered at the Disney Springs location.
We imagine the original decision was a cost-cutting decision. However, it appears that Ghirardelli realized in a hurry that you shouldn’t come between Disney Springs guests and their chocolate.
