Disney Springs Cocktail Raises Money for the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation

The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s and Enzo’s Hideaway served a special cocktail in October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. The three Disney Springs restaurants, who are operated by the Patina Restaurant Group, served a drink called The Pink Ribbon, and donated a portion of the proceeds to the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.

In total, the three restaurants raised $3,387 and recently presented a check to the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.

From L-R: Bob Wilson, Group President; Aaron Ferg, The Edison General Manager; Alana Sullivan, The Edison Mixologist; Tracy Jacim, President & CEO Florida Breast Cancer Foundation; Dana Pellicano, President of Patina Restaurant Group.

The special cocktail was originally created by The Edison’s Mixologist, Alana Sullivan, and it contains Herradura Reposado, watermelon juice, lime juice, fresh muddled raspberries, and mint leaves.

Though the cocktail is no longer on the menu, guests visiting these three Disney Springs locations can still order it by request.
