Reservations are now available for the 15-story Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort that will open on July 9, 2019. With reservations now open, additional details have been revealed about the two new restaurants that are also coming to the resort at that time.
The first is Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood which will be located at the top of the Gran Destino Tower. Toledo will “serve up classic tapas, steak and seafood dishes featuring seasonal ingredients and bold flavors” along with wine from Spain and California. The restaurant should offer some amazing views from the 15th floor. Concept art for Toledo can be seen at the top of this page.
Next is Three Bridges Bar & Grill which will be an over-the-water destination that’s accessible by – you guessed it – three bridges. This location is expected to have sandwiches, salads and shared plates.
What do you think of the names for the new dining areas coming to Coronado Springs Resort? We’re excited to see the full menus and how these locations will transform the overall look and feel of the resort.
