‘Bluey’ is Coming to Disneyland, Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line

Updated:

Rejoice, Bluey fans! Disney has announced that Bluey is coming to Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line. While details haven’t been revealed about how the Bluey characters will be incorporated into the theme parks, Disney is incorporating Bluey characters on Australian cruises beginning in January 2025.

Disney cruises originating in Australia and New Zealand will be able to interact with Bluey and Bingo. In addition to meet-and-greets, an interactive and clue-filled game that ends in a dance partyโ€ฏfeaturing Bluey’s signature moves is also being added.

Josh D’Amaro spoke about the big news in Disney’s press release:

Bluey has become a household name for families around the world and we are thrilled to bring her story to life in new ways. We canโ€™t wait to watch our youngest guests and their families make memories with Bluey in our parks and on our cruises.โ€

Theme park fans are now pondering how Disney will add Bluey into the parks. Character meet-and-greets are the easiest and quickest solution, but Disney is probably thinking bigger. We think a Bluey land is inevitable in some capacity at Walt Disney World, with the underutilized Animation Courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios being our educated guess.
