Blizzard Beach Water Park to Reopen November 13, 2022

Updated:

Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park is set to reopen on November 13, 2022. The Walt Disney World water park will finally reopen after closing for refurbishment all the way back in January 2022. Upon reopening, guests may notice the park has a few new touches to a popular Disney film.

Theming from the film Frozen has been added to the Tikes Peak splash area. Olaf and some other snow friends are now hanging out around the kids’ wading pool.

Blizzard Beach will also have some holiday fun through December 31. Guests will enjoy festive tubes, holiday treats, “snowfall” and even a Santa meet-and-greet.

Once Blizzard Beach reopens, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park is set to close for refurbishment.
