A look at the installed 50th anniversary decorations on Cinderella Castle

Updated:

Disney has been gradually adding new decorations to Cinderella Castle to celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. Crews have been installing the enhancements overnight, regularly surprising guests with new additions.

With multiple decorations in place, it’s time to take a look at the progress on Cinderella Castle’s 50th anniversary makeover.

Disney previously offered a closer look at the new bunting and ribbons. Crews have also been repainting the turrets to a new shade of blue during the update. Cinderella Castle will also have golden ribbons added on the top of its blue turrets and a large 50th anniversary logo installed on the front.

Cinderella Castle’s additions are going up well before the 50th anniversary on October 1, 2021 and are expected to remain until early 2023.
