New After Fireworks Dessert Party coming to the Magic Kingdom

Updated:

Beginning on May 28, 2018, a new dessert party will begin at the Magic Kingdom. The new dessert offering will be an After Fireworks Party that will allow guests to first watch the Happily Ever After show before heading into Tomorrowland Terrace for a dessert party.

The food after the fireworks will include cheese, crackers, fruit and new desserts that have been inspired by the Magic Kingdom’s lands.

Tickets for the party will be $69 for adults and $41 for children.

The After Fireworks Party sounds just like the current dessert parties for Happily Ever After with the lone difference being that guests will enjoy their food after the fireworks have ended. We’ve reviewed theย Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing in the past, and it sounds like this event may be very similar.

How will this new party affect the current offerings? For starters, the viewing area for the fireworks might be a bit more crowded as the two parties will share the Plaza Garden location. At the same time, it’s possible that guests who wanted to linger from the pre-fireworks party will be asked to leave earlier as Tomorrowland Terrace makes the transition from pre to post party.
