Walt Disney World has released their first commercial promoting their 50th anniversary celebration! The new 30-second ad shows magic being released from within Cinderella Castle and spreading around Walt Disney World’s icons. The magic is calling guests back as Walt Disney World celebrates 50 years on October 1, 2021.

Disney definitely knows how to make a fun commercial, don’t they? Featured in the ad are the new nighttime enhancements coming to the icons of each theme park. We think this spot is a teaser for what’s to come as Disney finalizes their plans.
The 50th anniversary commercial comes as Disney is scaling back their health guidelines and increasing capacity at its parks. Disney CEO Bob Chapek noted that theme park capacity will continue to increase over the next few months. It looks like things are returning to normal just in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th celebration.
