Video: Toy Story Land commercials tell guests to Play Big

Disney officially unveiled two new commercials for Toy Story Land during the 90th Academy Awards. The commercials show the iconic Luxo Ball (also known as the Pixar Ball) bouncing around the country, teasing the new land that’s coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios this summer.

Using a tagline that tells guests to “Play Big” once the land opens, a giant Slinky Dog runs around major cities and landscapes before arriving in Hollywood Studios.

Adding in the fun teaser used to hint at the new marketing campaign, Disney has launched a pretty impressive set of ads. These are actually far more memorable than the commercials used to market Pandora, which is kind of telling considering that Toy Story Land (on paper) appears to be the smaller addition.

Toy Story Land will add two new rides to Disney World – Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers – and will provide a new entrance into Toy Story Mania.

Toy Story Land opens in Disney’s Hollywood Studios on June 30th, 2018.
