Video: A bird recycles a plastic bottle at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Updated:

A white-necked raven at Disney’s Animal Kingdom demonstrated how easy it is for guests to recycle while visiting Walt Disney World. A video uploaded to TikTok, which was later shared around social media, showed the bird dropping a plastic bottle into one of the park’s recycling containers.

Warning: The video’s sound might be a bit loud.

How awesome is that? Crows and ravens are considered some of the most intelligent birds and that’s clearly on display in this video. It’d be great to see more guests following this bird’s lead and make a stronger effort to recycle whenever possible at the theme parks.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is built on the idea of conservation and protecting the environment. It only seems appropriate that the animals who call the park home are also playing an active role in living out its message.
