Toy Story Land opens on June 30th at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Updated:

Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has an official opening date! The new land will open on Saturday, June 30th and will add two new attractions to the Hollywood Studios lineup.

The opening date, which was announced on Twitter, falls in line with the assumption the land would open this summer.

The new land at Hollywood Studios will feature Slinky Dog Dash, a family-friendly launch coaster, and Alien Swirling Saucers, a fun spinner similar toย Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree in California. Visitors intending to go on Toy Story Mania will find the new entrance located within Toy Story Land.

Based on the latest aerial photos, work on Toy Story Land has progressed to the finer details, including adding in some giant footprints from Andy.

Now that an official opening date has been announced, it’s easy to speculate on when the land will start doing some previews for cast members and annual pass holders, as well as when it may soft open to select members of the general public. Stay tuned!
