The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is about to start its next significant remodeling project. On the heels of extensive work upgrading the Dolphin’s lobby and all of the resort’s rooms, the new project is a $3 million upgrade for the Swan’s lobby.
In order to limit the impact on guests, the renovations will take place in phases. All of the work is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
As seen on WDWInfo.com, the remodel will feature lantern lights, Bahama shutters and palm leaf designs.
The lobby coffee bar will also see some extensive changes.
What do you think of the Swan’s new look? The concept art appears to match the style and modern feel of the previous renovations seen over at the Dolphin’s lobby. Its elegant and formal, though final judgement will have to wait until the work is completed.
