A new character meet-and-greet is coming to Epcot beginning on November 21, 2018. Located in Innoventions West, Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz from the “Wreck-it Ralph” movies will be leaving the arcade for a special appearance with Disney World guests. Their Epcot debut matches the release of “Ralph Breaks the Internet” on November 21.
The official press release teases that this won’t be a temporary appearance. This winter, Ralph and Vanellope will have a new home over at the ImageWorks of the Imagination Pavilion. A special “portal” will allow guests to visit Ralph and Vanellope in the internet for regular encounters.
While this is a fun addition to Disney World, one has to wonder what this means for the future of the Imagination Pavilion at Epcot.
