Disney has announced a new use for Pixar Place at Hollywood Studios. The old home of Toy Story Mania has been closed since Toy Story Land opened, but will transform in 2019 into the home of several Incredibles characters.
As seen on the Disney Parks Blog, Pixar Place will become a Metroville city block, featuring a party for Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible and Frozone. Guests will also be able to meet Edna Mode. Hints suggesting what Jack-Jack is up to will be found around the location.
Following the opening of Toy Story Land, Pixar Place became a backstage location with a large gate blocking the old entrance. Below is what the entrance of Pixar Place looked like earlier this month.

The new use for the location won’t need much work since it was serving guests up until fairly recently. The location already resembles a city block, but there should be some new theming added to represent the city of Metroville and the Incredibles.
