Help name a new giraffe calf at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

About a month ago, a Masai giraffe calf was born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Now, Disney needs your help to name the new calf before she joins Kilimanjaro Safaris in the next few months.

You can choose her name from one of the four options below. All of the names are based in Swahili.

Dafina – means treasure

Milima – means mountain

Amira – means princess

Naima – means graceful

There are estimated to be only 32,000 Masai giraffes remaining in the wild. Disney’s new giraffe calves, including Aella, are a bright spot as the species’ population dwindles in the wild.
