Gideon’s Bakehouse has reopened at Disney Springs! The popular cookie destination unexpectedly closed earlier this month following a soft opening in late December. Guests are already back and enjoying cookies ahead of the official grand opening scheduled for January 16, 2021.

Gideon’s Bakehouse has received extremely positive reviews at both its Disney Springs location and its East End Market location. At Disney Springs, guests joined a virtual queue that lasted up to three hours for an opportunity to buy the half-pound cookies and enormous cake slices.
Now that Gideon’s Bakehouse has reopened and is hopefully staying open, Disney Springs has quite the dessert lineup. Everglazed Donuts has also opened recently in Disney Springs, offering unique donut flavors and coffee. We’re also big fans of the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop.
