Disney has revealed their first official look inside the rooms of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel at Walt Disney World. The boutique hotel will transport guests into their own Star Wars story through unique activities and highly-themed areas, including their room.
The rooms, or cabins, have bunks for younger guests and a “window” view into space.
Another angle of the room reveals more of the general layout, entrance area and bunks.
Via DLP Report:
The cabins aren’t very large, but that’s an intentional design choice by Disney to convey the idea that guests are actually traveling aboard a ship. Many comparisons have been made between the expected experience at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser and a trip on a cruise ship. That notion appears to be supported by these designs.
Guests visiting the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will become immersed in the word of Star Wars. Disney has previously released a list of guest activities that include everything from defending the ship from the First Order to wielding a light saber in a training simulation. It’s worth noting all announced activities are subject to change.
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser does not have an announced opening date at this time.
