Earl of Sandwich is coming back to Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort! The popular sandwich destination will open in February 2023, and will be temporarily located at the old La Brea Bakery location. La Brea Bakery announced they were permanently closing just before the Earl of Sandwich news was announced.

Soon you can once again look forward to one of their hot sandwiches on artisan bread, with grab-and-go options at Earl of Sandwich or table service options at Earl of Sandwich Tavern, both of which will be temporarily located at the La Brea Bakery location.
Disney specifically mentions a grab-and-go and a new table service option for Earl of Sandwich. As interesting as the grab-and-go and Earl of Sandwich Tavern sounds, hopefully there’s still a quality quick-service option with custom sandwiches.
Disney also announced that Porto’s Bakery will be the long-term resident of the old La Brea Bakery site on the Disneyland Esplanade. An official long-term location for Earl of Sandwich wasn’t announced.
Earl of Sandwich originally closed in Downtown Disney in January 2022 as Disney prepared to transform the western side of the area.
