Disney has announced a new Disneyland Resort ticket discount for guests living in Southern California. The discount will allow guests living in select Southern California zip codes to purchase 3-day tickets for Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure for as low as $75 per day.
The discounted tickets are good for visits between January 2 and June 2, 2024. Below are the specifics from the Disney Parks Blog.
Offer valid only for Southern California residents within ZIP codes 90000- 93599; proof of eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo ID, is required for purchase and admission. Tickets expire 6/2/24 and are not valid before 1/2/24. Tickets may be used on nonconsecutive days. Monday through Thursday tickets are blocked out every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the ticket validity period.
While it’s a bit disappointing to see these discounted tickets blocked out every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the savings are worthwhile. We could see plenty of Southern California guests taking a day off or even a half day to enjoy some Disneyland fun at a reduced price.
These discounts also suggest Disney is anticipating lighter crowds (relatively speaking) at Disneyland Resort in the first chunk of 2024. It’ll be interesting to see if additional discounts roll out if that lower attendance comes to fruition.
